GRAEF Vice President Pat Kressin has proven to be a leader, go-getter, advocate and mentor to young employees during his 26 years of service with the based engineering and consulting firm. in Milwaukee, according to her colleague Justyce Dixon.
Kressin leads nationwide business development efforts and many of the company’s flagship projects. He has been involved in several prominent developments in Milwaukee, including the Cudahy Gardens of the Milwaukee Art Museum, downtown Bayshore, the Potawatomi Hotel, Komatsu’s South Harbor Campus, Drexel Town Square, Milwaukee Lakefront Gateway Plaza and the Northwestern Mutual Tower.
“You’ll also find him coaching young employees and serving as a sounding board for leadership,” said Dixon, head of marketing and corporate communications at GRAEF.
Kressin is a member of many organizations and sits on several community boards, including the American Society of Landscape Architects, the US Green Building Council, the Wisconsin Green Building Alliance, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Commercial Association of Realtors, the Western Golf Association, NAIOP, Urban Land. Institute, Westown Association Board, Elmbrook Humane Society, Evans Scholar Alumni Association, and Milwaukee County Zoo, and is a Director of the Village of Elm Grove.
