Knightscope signs contract with commercial real estate developer

The entire community is 100% solar powered through a dedicated solar farm; new landscape technology dramatically reduces CO2 while increasing O2; and a water filtration system b iotechnology allows a 50% reduction in water consumption. Automation, including the use of Knightscope’s K5 Autonomous Security Robot (‘ASR’) and other state-of-the-art technology, will provide an unparalleled experience, all located at the base of the 14,000-foot peaks of the majestic Rocky Mountains of Colorado.

Additionally, the company announced that Dr. Paul C. D’Angio has joined Knightscope as Director of Robotics Engineering. Prior to joining the company, Dr. D’Angio served as Chief Robotics Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton, a major government and industrial contractor. Over a 10-year period, Dr. D’Angio created and developed the Robotics R&D group that supported critical U.S. Department of Defense (“DoD”) agencies in redefining the state of the art in terms of robot detection and autonomy. About halfway through a nearly two-year cybersecurity review process with the US federal government, Knightscope is working diligently to obtain an Authority to Operate (“ATO”).
