Catch announces free personal pay for freelancers

Since the pandemic, there has been a massive shift in the American workforce with an estimated 47 million people leaving their jobs in 2021. According to a recent study by Catch partner Upwork, 59 million Americans have freelancing in 2021, and 20% say they are considering full-time freelancing – a trend that Catch predicts will continue to rise.

“The future of work is here and it’s being your own employer – in charge of when, where and how you work,” said Kristen Anderson, co-founder and CEO of Catch. “More and more people are moving towards work based on value and passion. The new brand visually reflects the evolution of Catch, but also the evolution of the work itself.”

“At Catch, we’re building for a different world of work, where you don’t have to be dependent on an employer to access essential financial services,” said Andre Ambrosino, co-founder and CPO/CTO of Catch. “We are creating a real financial safety net, securing the future of those who follow their passion.”
