The real estate developer’s new generation business center NEW GIZA, Artlife, landed on billboards in Cairo. The first stop in NG Town is Artlife, which includes luxury office space. Located at the top of one of the highest points in NEWGIZA, it is conveniently located between Sheikh Zayed and the Cairo-Alex desert road, offering easy access and breathtaking views of the pyramids and the city.
Stop and look! The billboards aim to do just that, with their striking scarlet hue contrasted against the black that screams for attention on Cairo’s roads. The ad copy states, “There is art in doing business,” alluding to their office spaces with unparalleled quality, and “the most anticipated business destination in West Cairo.” The campaign provides information in a subtle way with a label of “NG Town”, “Launching at NG Town” and “ARTLIFE x NEWGIZA” stamping the billboards. The visuals include fragments and profiles of people in smart business attire, as well as luxurious snippets of the community’s nightlife and luxury lifestyle.
